Our main suppliers are, the superb Sargents butchers of Dibden Purlieu, who have a phenomenal reputation & we’re lucky enough to be based just a few yards away in Merriemeade Parade. When seasonally available, we use locally sourced produce & where possible virtually everything we supply is home-made.
